I just got my Panther X2 as well but I feel kind of blind with it. I have a Syncrobit Miner as well and it has been nothing but a headache and I figured I would plug in the X2 and be very happy moving forward. I hit 2 road blocks so far. 1. I couldnt register the device on Ethernet, I had to select Wifi just to get it registered. Now my device has 2 IP addresses and I want to only have 1 so I can port forward correctly. 2. I cant find a way to gain access to this device. Does it not have a Web interface? My syncrobit has a web interface so i can make changes to the device and see what is going on. Thanks!
Hi Artur, 1. That's weird tbh, Ethernet should usually work perfectly fine. I had ran it via ethernet in my first location, and it worked normally. Not fully sure regarding the duplicate IP addresses. For the miner you should only have one fixed IP for the device itself. 2. There is an accessible dashboard, but it was developed via github. Hey Bola, the X2 is just an upgraded version mainly extra storage , currently it is the only version available. Functionality it should run the same, but can not confirm as I have not tested the X2 yet.
Tried my Bobcat 300 miner and was a total waste of time. 0.13 HNT after 10 days. Nothing wrong with the miner, I just live in a very, very congested area with other miners so earnings are useless. When I ordered there were virtually none where I live, 10 months later it is rammed full of them. Put the miner on eBay. Good luck to the next person.
Juat bobcat repackaged at a higher rate. I am trying to link the business so I can blast them on video. They leveraged our waitlist money to fabricate scarcity and rebranded to sell at an inflated rate.
Hi Crayban. I’ve just received my bobcat and managed to get synced within 24hrs and using the stock antenna supplied. I purchased a Nebra High Gain Omni Antenna with 5M cable RP-SMA antenna. My question is can this be used with a bobcat 300? The actual cable connection fits straight in to the Lora connection, just wondering from the ‘update antenna’ drop down menu in the helium app which one needs to be selected if indeed it can be used? Forgive me complete newbie I just read it offers 6dBi and can be used with various helium miners if this helps
Hi Frankee, no problem, happy to help. It should run perfectly fine with the RP-SMA male port on the cable, as the Nebras have the same Lora port as the Bobcats. From the drop down menu select custom, and type in the dBi of the antenna manually. You don't have to select Nebra.

Hi Michael, if you check the HNT you should see that it stays the same, but the price will always change based on the crypto market. You can view the live prices of the coin here: coinmarketcap.com/currencies/helium/ The aim should be to keep mining till one day HNT is at a high price to take out profits.

I've had the same issue with my London based miners. Honestly have tried to switch all of their locations out of London for now.
