Thank you very much Tony. I did it by hand because not everyone has a food processer. Plus I think there is something relaxing about doing it by hand. I love chips and coleslaw with it too.

Hi Huseyin, I used red leicester. I personally love that one but sometimes I use a white chedder cheese.
