First attempts at wing foiling

5m wing (Duotone) , 6’3” 140 litre (I think, maybe 145) board (fanatic) so a bit tricky to try to get to my feet. Hopefully Saturday I’ll get to my feet and maybe even have a small flight on Sunday not holding my breath though (maybe that’s where I’m going wrong).
