This is the most professional video I have ever seen about A town by the beach in Mexico! It depects the true essence of the town! not only the town but the way of life. e Mexicans
Beautifully made video Boris. Hand bracelets "I make them myself." LOL You didn't believe that, did you? Taking the credit for the native Indians who do an exceptional work. This is a great example that money does really distorts minds.
We Love Bucerias, we love the small town, we love the people. Our daughter in law owns a home there with her mother. Yes trusting the Banks and real estate is dangerous. After 12 years their loan was sold to another Bank. Somehow the first "3" mortgage payments were not applied and the New bank was going to foreclose. Thank goodness my Son was there when they slapped the notice on the front door. The family would have never known this was happening because no letter was sent to them at the house or to their home in the USA. It took hiring a Lawyer and months for the bank to find the "Missing" payments. Very Stressful situation.
$ 350.00 US for a night seems very expensive. I looked on Airbnb and Mexico seems so expensive. Been many places in Asia and South America but never paid these price’s listed. Stayed in Buenos Aires for 3 weeks and paid $ 1000.00 dollars. But we still love to come down to Mexico and spend about 4 months to escape our long winters.

Help. Senior lady wanting to move to mexico. Problem? Just one. Use a walker (bc of bad surgery, no illness) so need flat terrain, no steep hills, within walking distance of some shops (food, place to buy goods to set up housekeeping) & bus or transport if necessary. Place to rent, nice for an American lady. Quiet. Is your town navigable for healthy older lady living alone needing walker for walking outdoors? I will be moving end of summer/early fall 2023. Like to be outdoors

There is a Starbucks in Bucerias at the La Comer parking lot which is in the City of Bucerias, been open for a year!
