There is no hard and fast rule for that It is not mandatory to break the rectangles like i have broken. You can break them as you want also you can break them in 3 or 4 or asmany as you want. If you do the calculations correctly the answer will remains same in all cases
Because given section is symmetrical about Y axis But if you are asked to find the X bar in the exam then you have to calculate it. For reference you can watch previous videos
Brother you have to consider references axis first then you can easily calculate the centroid. There will not be a formula to calculate centroid along x-axis because it depends upon the reference axes Refer this video you will understand all ruclips.net/video/I_fRpGLn13I/видео.html
Sir..I have a Doubt..For calculating the moment of inertia for a rectangle axis passing through the centroid we can Simply use the formula bh^3/12..Right..?? I mean for a single shape
I'm sorry for the inconvenience.. Actually in video i have calculated A1= 1200 but while calculating y bar i have taken A1 as 120mm...but since i done my calculations before the video hence i have write 60.8mm as y bar. So that's the mistake i have done there..
Given figure is symmetrical about Y axis hence the x bar will lie on the Y axis. So you can directly say that the x bar will be on the Y axis. Although you can calculate the same if it is asked in the exam. I have only explained the concept here

Correction**
A1= 1200 mm^2
I have written 120 mm^2 in the video.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks for the appreciation
@@CivilStuff but you better say the correct answer for the problem so we can confirm the method
Very nice 👍 videos

Simple and clear without hindrance so amazing
Thanks sir
Bro y3 = 60 right hai q ki fig 3 ke centre se 10mm and fig2 ke center se 50mm
Thanks from mars🌚
That is red
2.09 × 10⁶ mm⁴ is correct answer ❤
Ye ques hamaare end sem test mein aaya tha. 1st year Bits Pilani😂
I hope you have seen this video before the exam😅
Sir,Symmetrical Section Me Centroid bhi Nikalna Parta hai?
Hala ki humein pata hota hai ki Symmetrical section ka sebtroid center me lie karke, but qiestion agar banta hai to solve karna padta hai
sir you check the a1 once
Ok
Nice 👍
thank you bro

How to saparet the rectangles 1 and 2, 3
There is no hard and fast rule for that
It is not mandatory to break the rectangles like i have broken.
You can break them as you want also you can break them in 3 or 4 or asmany as you want.
If you do the calculations correctly the answer will remains same in all cases
Why we are not finding x bar ?
Because given section is symmetrical about Y axis
But if you are asked to find the X bar in the exam then you have to calculate it.
For reference you can watch previous videos
Effective width b bta do
Matlb brother
Thank u broo
sir ji A 1=60 x 20=1200म m m hoga
Thanks
Ans of y bar is 71.54 bro
Kindly explain engineer

😅Thank you for the appreciation brother
is Y2 50 or 70???
70
Nicely explained
Why Ixx2 par A+h^2 ? Please see it .
We used parallel axis theorem
Bro it's A*h^2,,,, I think he has written it mistakenly
Sir in first rectangle A1 is not 120 it is 1200
Yes
Sir how to find the centroid along x-axis of second rectangle
Brother you have to consider references axis first then you can easily calculate the centroid.
There will not be a formula to calculate centroid along x-axis because it depends upon the reference axes
Refer this video you will understand all

Agar verticke axis ki tarah horizontal axis find nahi nikal sakta
Matlab
Bhai aap Ixx point legana bhul gaye
Shayad
Rectangle 1 ka area 1200 not 120.
By mistake 120 ho gya hai brother
A1=1200mm^2
Tq sir
A1=1200mm hoga
I xx3 = something kaise aaya mera to alg aaraha hai
Sir make video on simple stress and bending moment know
Ok sir, will make it
40 min lagey solve karne
I hope you got the concept
pens are superb, which pens did
you used
Brother those are normal black and red gel pens.
I got them from local stationary shop for 5 rs each

X bar...q nahi nikala..? Niklega ya nahi?
Nikal sakte hai
Agar apko question me puchha hai to nikalna padega... Aur uski value apke Reference axis ki positions pe depend karegi
Y" =76.69?
ybar 42.62
Height kaise nikala hai malum hi nahi chal raha hai
Konsi height sir?
Rectangle 1 20×60 =120 mm kasa huaa
1200 hota hai brother... Galti se 120 likh diya tha mene
Y bar wrong ans nikla hai ...
There is a error 11:30
Please tell
Koi iska correct solution bhejo
Sir aap ne jaha A1=1200 hoga app 120 liye hai
Yes.. Galti ho gyi thi brother
You find the value of y1,y2, y3 in wrong way.
It will be,
Y1 = 130
Y2 = 70
Y3 = 10
What about x1,x2 and x3
Y bar=60.9mm not 60.8mm
Yes, engineer. How did he come up with that figure?
A1=*1200mm²
Yes brother
Kya aap teacher ho
Nahi brother, m a bachelor
Bhai y bar ka ans 60.8 mm nh hoga 42.62 mm hoga
Ya exactly!
I thought I did wrong n Rechecked so many times 🙄
I'm sorry for the inconvenience.. Actually in video i have calculated A1= 1200 but while calculating y bar i have taken A1 as 120mm...but since i done my calculations before the video hence i have write 60.8mm as y bar.
So that's the mistake i have done there..
@@CivilStuff Thank you for your clarification ☺
Appreciate it 🌸
Sum is wrong❌ explanation
Agar tu samajh Nehi payega toh tere liye wrong hoga na
Sir y baar ka value 38.25 aaa rh h 60.8 aap kha se likh diye
Brother video me A1 ki value galti se 120 likh di hai
It is 1200 actually
Sorry for the inconvenience
X bar kyun nahi nikala only y bar nikala
Given figure is symmetrical about Y axis hence the x bar will lie on the Y axis. So you can directly say that the x bar will be on the Y axis. Although you can calculate the same if it is asked in the exam. I have only explained the concept here
Sir wha 120 nahi hoga 1200 hoga sir
Pls refer to the pinned comment
y bar value 60.8 mm nahi 60.67mm arahahai
