funstaurant Spicy crab fried rice and ｜Hwasan Fried Rice

This is the recipe for funstaurant Ryu Soo-young's "Spicy crab fried rice" and "Hwasan Fried Rice" that creates a volcano with egg clouds.
The volcanic visuals that children will like are interesting.
The combination of spicy crab fried rice and egg clouds with a soft texture is an art.
Make it with the kids today. ^^
■ Spicy crab fried rice / Volcanic Fried Rice Ingredients
1 instant rice (a bowl of cooked rice), 4 crab sticks, 1/2 green onion, 1T red pepper powder, 1T oyster sauce, 1T ketchup, cooking oil
2 eggs, 1/2T sugar, 2T mayonnaise, ketchup
■ Spicy crab fried rice / Volcanic Fried Rice Recipe
1. Chop the green onions into small pieces and prepare about 4T.
※ Green onions look more delicious if you add the blue part!
2. Tear 4 crab sticks into small pieces.
3. Put 4T of chopped green onions in a preheated frying pan, put one round of cooking oil, and stir-fry it over medium heat to make green onion oil.
※ The green onion may burn, so stir-fry it over medium heat, not high heat!
4. Add the four torn crab sticks and stir-fry until the green onions are golden brown.
5. Turn off the heat and stir-fry 1T of red pepper powder to make chili oil.
※ Make chili oil with residual heat so that red pepper powder doesn't burn!
6. Add 1T of ketchup and stir-fry over medium heat.
7. Drive the ingredients to one side, stir-fry 1T of oyster sauce in an empty space, blow out the miscellaneous smell, and mix.
8. Add a bowl of cooked rice. (When using instant rice, remove the lid of one piece, microwave it for 1 minute, and cool it down.)
※ If you take off the lid of instant rice and heat it, the moisture evaporates and the rice becomes sticky!
9. Mix rice and ingredients well and stir-fry over low heat.
10. Put the completed fried rice in a bowl, shape it, and serve it.
11. Pour 1 turn of cooking oil in a frying pan, add 2 eggs, and stir them over medium heat for about 20 seconds.
※ Beat the eggs as soon as you add them so that they don't clump together!
12. When the egg is moist, turn off the heat and add 1/2T of sugar, 2T of mayonnaise, and mix it well to complete the egg cloud!!
13. Put an egg cloud on top of the spicy crab fried rice and sprinkle ketchup as much as you want!
