Hi, I install two of your pumps and give errors on the mini split. Bad communication between indoor and outdoor unit. I uninstall the water pump and work fine. Did you have a different wax to wire the pumps
Can I slide the discharge line over a 1/4” barb fitting? Im afraid the pump might work too hard, I don’t have the ACC00250 but maybe that is a 1/4” barb?
Dear user, It is perfectly normal, the OFF detection level is at 11mm, so there is always some liquid inside the reservoir to avoid pumping air (less noise and longer life span). Best regards,
I did an installation on this Si-30 ... Your wiring diagram reads Blue Nc wire to 1 on the indoor connection, but yet on this video you're connecting it on the Neutral line.

These things are absolutely horrible . STAY AWAY ! . Needs way too much maintenance. The littlest bit of gunk causes the detection unit to run constantly and drive you crazy . I had too clean these things every couple of weeks and I have a exceptionally clean home . Unacceptable.
Hello Mike. We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the Si-30. In fact, there are several reasons why your pump might be running continuously. Here is what you can consider doing: 1. Check that the discharge height is less than 10 meters 2. When starting the pump, make sure the flow of the water poured into the collection tray is not too high (ex: 1l in 30s=60l/h >>20l/h) 3. Check the detection unit is mounted level 4. Turn the pump off and check water doesn’t return down the discharge line. If water returns down the line you should change the pump. We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If this still doesn’t resolve your problem, do not hesitate to contact us at info.usa@sauermanngroup.com. Agreed. These pumps are garbage. Getting the discharge line of the reservoir to stay on with these bs zip ties is ridiculous. May work for a year then be completely clogged and be a pain in the ass to service
Leak leak leak leak leak.... replace the pump - the float just keeps leaking. your video is great if you're putting the pump on the outside of the unit..... so far, not impressed. I'm dealing with several units - all with the same problems. keep a bucket handy....

Is the pump supposed to empty the reservoir completely when it activates? Or is it normal for it to remain half full after?
