Thank you for this easy to follow tutorial and all the rest I've discovered here. I'm now looking for how to enroll some registrants to Group A Courses and some to Group B Courses based on their job title, a drop down field, using Gravity Forms Elite.

Q: My clients prepay me. I need a simple way to get them to my LD course materials. Nothing fancy - just get them access to their materials. Any simple solution?

One option would be to create a LearnDash group that has access to the course(s) required. Then create a registration form like the one described in the video to give them access. If you don't have Gravity Forms, then there are other plugins that can help you set up registration forms like this, including our own Organization Toolkit plugin (www.training-spark.com/organization-toolkit-for-learndash/).

Thank you. I never thought of this. I THINK I have a solution; I just need to tweak it and then test it. Thx again. I'll be reviewing your content for sure@@TrainingSpark

Hi friend, thanks a lot for your tutorial, it is excellent! I made this settings following your video for a Free Course but I've a problem because I need to enable user activation by wordpress email to prevent false emails.
Gravity Forms and User Registration Addon haven't to personalize this mail content and redirection page on confirmation. So I can't tracking by analytics this registration processs.
Ideally I need this steps for every gravity form register because I can have many free courses and I need to track one by one so will not be valid the same confirmation page for all forms.
Do you have any idea to setting this?
    Thanks a lot!

Thank you so much for the tutorial. Question ... what if the user is already enrolled on a course and has an account? But we want them to enrol on a new course? Is there a way to have a drop-down field with all the courses on offer, and they only get enrolled on the course that they select? Thanks for any help! I've subscribed to your channel :)

Glad you found it useful. As far as I'm aware there isn't a way to add a dropdown this way. You'd need to create separate forms for each course/group.
I agree it would be a really useful addition though, so hopefully something that gets added at some point in the future!

@@TrainingSpark thanks so much for your reply. Makes sense. And I guess one needs two forms per course, one that shows if people are not logged in and creates a new user, and one for people who have an account already and their user details are updated when enrolingy in a new course (using that selection in the form settings). Then conditionally show either form depending on whether they are logged in and have an account or not.
