This is one of those tricks that just seems to magically flip somehow. Alex King does this cool little no comply trick and even in slow motion it’s hard to tell how he flips it. I think the key is to put pressure on your truck so one side of the tail hits the ground instead of the center of the tail. Anyway, it looks cool in slow motion.
Funny story, I filmed this trick with Alex back in 2014 and never posted the footage and I forgot about it. I was just in LA again last week and saw him do this trick and thought it would make a good skateology, so I filmed it again having no recollection that I already did it 3 years ago. So this skateology has been a long time coming.
Filmed with a Sony FS700 at 240 frames per second.
i thought i was watching a content cop
Lmaoo every time i hear this song
Channel needs more recognition
This is a really trippy looking trick in slo mo, it almost looks like the footage is reversed until you finally see skaters in the background going forwards.
Only thing better than this trick is the cinematics! Great shit shomsky
What we do here is go back
that moment when your own no complies look like they're in slow motion, only that they contain no heelflip or bigspin and are not, in fact, slow motion (or fakie lol)
idubbbz!!!
Would this be done more like a pressure flip?
