  • It's hard to plan when you are managing chronic pain and illness. In this video, I share a couple tips and example days that someone in chronic pain may be going through. I'd love to hear any time management or scheduling tips you have developed for yourself while adapting to managing pain.
    As always, thanks for watching!

From the ppl I have listened to...so far you are the most real esp. speaking of the ups and downs of living with chronic pain/illness...I will be searching you tube for more videos from you. Thanks for keeping it real!!

Jodi thank you so much for your comment! I'm not sure why my YT algorithm seems to be off and my videos are getting less and less views. I supposed I need to post more often! Something I'm working on. I hope to do a new planner video starting in August. Thanks so much for your support!

This is very helpful! I have really noticed how difficult it is to trust any planning that I do because of staying at home and having a bad habit of doing too much then not doing anything for a while. I want to start structuring my days again and this is going to be very helpful in choosing what to do when :)
