At the moment, you cannot sit for those exams without an MCI registration. Prepare for the screening exam well and clear it in one go. You have multiple options after that.

Irrespective of your branch being a doctor today is not easy. Choose wisely.

Hello Minu! I'm an mbbs doctor from hyderabad. My observation is that being doctor in India has changed a lot now a days. It's isn't as glorious as it was a decade ago. there are so many of medical graduates and the competition is huge for both undergraduate and post graduate seats. Even if you successfully secure those seats, it's not a cake walk to begin clinical practice even after so many years of struggle. There are a lot of evil elements in the social structure of our country and also the government in India doesn't care well about the healthcare system. Ask yourself is it worth having to struggle all these years for being called a doctor. In my opinion, we only live for a short while, and I think if you study well in other fields, the reward is much more satisfying for the effort you put in. So, I suggest you to stop chasing this path of doom. You can do any other degree other than medical field and then do a post graduation from a reputed institute.
