I won't try this cause I don't have patience. What I recommend u to do is to get roller skates/blades and go 3-6 kilometers every day and in three days,I saw six pack forming on my stomach,I didn't do it any longer cause of weather but I will start again,u don't have to get rid of anything,I guess it would help if u get rid of sweets but I didn't. And this is most important,I was going full speed all the time so I don't know will it work if u go slow on skates. But if some of u tried and it worked,please tell me cause it's much easier to go slower,and DON'T FORGET to bring water bottle with u!

You might be a healthy weight for your age. However if you feel like you need to be healthier not necessesarily skinnier -there is an important difference -then try to workout at least 5 or 6 times a week for a least 30 minutes like jogging or swimming or whatever you like. If your parents make you eat burgers try to ask them if they can get substutitues like a burger with no cheese or dont eat the bread just the meat and veggies

I think you have a little bit or low self confidence (dont worry I was the same way) and we should work on that not necessarily work on losing weight
I lost 15 pounds in 5 days by going on this diet my brother made up. You eat only meat on the first day then the second day you eat only veggies and salad then the third day you eat everything but in small portions and the last day you fast until 9pm but while you're fasting you should drink lots of water. It definitely worked for my brother and me. It works because your body gets confused with the diet and burns a lot more weight and while you're dieting add 30-60 minutes of workout like biking or running.
Ok I’m 11 years old and I am turning 12 in 11 days as of 4/21. I cannot give up meat because I don’t cook my meals and I don’t want to bug my parents and it’s just not reasonable for a 6th grader. I'm 17, 5"2, and 130 pounds (58kg). I've been trying to lose fat and gain muscle all summer (this is post a really intense semester + German exchange so I was 120 and 5"1 in February). I used to do the six small meals thing and it was killing me because I was always hungry and couldn't stop myself from snacking. Also, my workout schedual got a little mucked up because of family issues (which have now been resolved). I gained muscle but only lost 2 pounds in 5 weeks. Not ideal. So I tried intermittent fasting on a 16/8 hour split and slight calorie restriction (no more than before), lost over a pound in a week (which before I thought impossible for my size) and increased all my weights at the gym. Sleep quality has also improved. My plan for the remaining two weeks of summer vacation is the 16/8 split, but in a three day cycle. Two days of high restriction and one day of slight excess. Hoping to lose 2 or three more pounds before school and keep it up until I reach my goal weight of 115-120.

How could you cut down milk? I could leave out other dairy products thats alright but not Milk cuz it's so important for our bodies.
And also I've heard that if you're trying to lose weight you could have skimmed or low fat milk instead of the regular one.
