The enhanced air ball roll that turns her into sonic, can be chained with other special air moves. I think it says so in the description. I've seen people do it but I can't do it myself.
It prolly has a very unquie use case, not very common
I use it to extend and end with a enhanced tele kick

Seen u on r1ps arena buddy!…..ur killin it. I played mileena in mk9 and shes been my fave ever since. I didnt like her in mk11 at all. Glad to see her return close to form
Mileena is A+ in current meta until other slept on characters abd tech is discovered.
But all the top players dont put her there because of "amazing buttons" she has very bad range. Short range buttons is one of her few weaknesses, just look at Baraka, Tanya, Ashrah or Kenshi.
What she does have is:
• specials that make up for yer lack of range.
• Great gap closing moves made safe with kameos for quick corner escape or anti zone moves.
• very good mix
• very good damage with many Kameo combinations to enhance other areas.
• good staggers and pressure.
add in like 1 combo for mileena it could've been after the first barrel roll, same with nitara after bf2 will help us alot :> thanks for the guides man
Genuinely thought you'd be right onto nitara, especially with how dominant you are with skarlet in mk11

Her straight sai amped takes two bars right? Thats kinda crazy, but I guess for a projectile eater and teleport in one makes sense.
Does anyone notice any nerfs in the numbers? I play on switch and there are quite a lot of moves that work with a different frame data. Like the ball from close distance ends quite far and u can’t rly jump attack, the only move with plus on block is b4, air db4 doesn’t combo into ball etc.
Btw Sareena doesn’t get the two returning projectiles either…
who do you think is a good beginner character to learn fundamentals? not many videos on that topic rn
Tbh it might be a generic answer, but just pick whoever u find to be cool. I would say reptile is pretty easy and cool mileena too possibly
Liu Kang, Baraka, and maybe Raiden are the top three I’d go for. They have different, but all really straight forward game plans with decent buttons and simple combo structures that will be decently easy to pick up relative to other characters.
On the inputs, it looks like you're rolling on the dpad, is that how I'm supposed to play? Does that help with inputs?😮
I would say it's personal preference that's just now I like to play and it's easier for me
I’ve been playing mileena/cyrax the helicopter extends a lot of her normals. But I am struggling to find what to spend meter on! All her basic combos are doing 35% and the ex is only giving another 3% just doesn’t seem worth. I’ve been managing to catch some people out with ex sai but once people cotton on to it being an overhead I just don’t see that working anymore.
Try sonya as a kameo, you can get 39% for 1 bar using her and if you can start combos off her f1,4 without meter
@@masonwheeler9211 yeah cyrax helicopter is the same, if not better as if you hold the assist and if they block it does really good chip and pushes them back and combos if they don't block it. edit: just tried a new variation of the combo and its 385 meterless.

I'm replicating these combos in training mode but my damage totals are lower than yours. Did they patch damage? Am I missing something?

Definetly possible that they nerfed the dmg a bit, almost every character got hit with a dmg nerf day 1

The AI Mileenas in Invasions keep doing a delayed ground Ball Roll, like you can do with Air Ball. From what I've seen it's always Enhanced.

Only during some strings like 12 that's why I put it on, regular attacks it stays the same

Micro dash u mean i think ? It's just a small dash that u cancel with a button to make it quicker
