Thanks very much for the great video and I will be trying some of the exercises. I work for the prison service and live on the Isle of Wight - I’ve had very little help from work or the NHS so you’re my main hope really!
Hello, I suffer from a tear in the internal ligament mcl and also in the collateral ligament of the LCL. I watched your video of the lateral ligament of the LCL, and now I am watching this video of the internal ligament mcl. Do you advise me to do all the exercises for the ligaments mcl and lcl at the same moment for both. Thank you
I was sitting in seiza position (kneeling sitting on heels) and shifted to the left side when i was exiting the position and got a painful pop on inside of left knee. I've felt similar pops in the same place doing the 'goata' pigeon stretch, but this was more extreme, and I knew immediately that I'd hurt myself. I'm looking all over to see if mcl or meniscus injury can occur from shifting to the side from the kneeling position, but I've come up empty. It's been two days and I can walk but it is pretty tender especially when i bend knee past 90 degrees. I'm really trying to avoid going to family doctor in toronto and getting a referral to imaging b/c this usually results in weeks/months of frustration. HELP!

Adductor raise right after a mcl injury???
Sir, was your MCL loose during the Valgus Test, can you restore it with practice?
