Catching Bass on the 4th of July

Welcome back to Dan the Fisherman. I went out to the Little Maumelle River to catch bass on Independence Day. It was a super hot day but I was able to keep bringing them in. Not a whole lot of other people were on the river, but I had a good time. The best way to fish when it is super hot is to target the shade lines, drink a lot of water, and take breaks. I used a buzz bait in the morning and a toad in the afternoon. Overall, I was very happy with the outcome of the day and enjoyed catching some bass.
