Islamic Republic of Pakistan and People's Republic of Bangladesh, the naming itself says a lot to be honest. It's true that culture of majority will create an overall impact on the entire country but the thing is most of the Pakistani Muslims are intolerant to Hindus, including it's people, media, ministry etc, whereas Bangladeshi Muslims are more emollient to Hindus and other religious communities living in BD. It's true that the Durga Puja is celebrated in a grand way in BD compared to how it is celebrated in Pakistan (if celebrated). Also, accept or not, south asian Muslims as whole are more backwards in terms of education, permeability...and the evil nature of ruling (torturing, killing) the minority is something inbuilt in maximum south asian Muslims. No doubt there is an elite group Muslims who are educated in true terms and doesn't believe in such things. But if you see in general, Bangladesh is more suitable for living conpared to Pakistan...and this is coming from a Bangladeshi Hindu 😊. Also, she is talking about BD culture, mentioned Eid and Durga Puja but not Pohela Boishakh, strange..😮

This lady is talking about what she faced in the Dhaka-Gulshan area. Actually, it's not the real face of Bangladesh. In Bangladesh- 1. Gulshan is not only a rich area, but it's also an area where most of the foreigners live. So it's not the real face/ culture/situation of Bangladesh. 2. The dress issue is not that like she is saying. Here women have to dress like traditional. 3. Only in Dhaka, people are more open about relationships. Most of the Bangladeshi people are modest and practicing Muslim.
If Pakistani People want to learn about Bangladesh, they should try to know Bangladesh not only Dhaka.

She is a disgrace; she shows immense disrespect for her own country. I am familiar with both the country and its people. Bangladesh is a Muslim-majority nation, with about 85% of the population being Muslim, and of those, 65% are religious, similar to Pakistan. However, about 10-15% of Muslims in Bangladesh are disrespectful toward their religion and believe it would have been better to be part of India rather than being independent. The recent election was a fascist one, dominated by that 15%, but now we have finally defeated that regime and started a revolution. Culturally and traditionally, Bangladesh is now about 80% similar to Pakistan. Politically, we are 60% less racist and 80% more tolerant towards other religions compared to Pakistan.
