I would overhaul the brakes and the corroded brake pipes first. You can add mods later as they won't matter if you suddenly can't slow down or stop quickly enough.
I would definitely agree! I’m not sure how badly the brake pipes are actually corroded, but I’ll definitely get it up on a ramp and see if I can get some made up to replace them ASAP, will be in a video soon 👀

I believe Sarah N Tuned did it recently on her 1974 Celica. Whilest you are reading this, please dont use cheap parts on a BMW, like the MAF, if you can reuse the old OEM part, please do. Unless the one you got is from the dealer. These cars are expensive, I got a great one(also 330ci) for over a year, and I am currently 4k+ in prventitive maintanance and mods.

When you first plugged the new MAF sensor in it stalled because it wasn’t connected to the intake pipe, it wouldn’t be reading any air flow, just a heads up no hate 👍🏼

it is sooo good to see that the E46 is now back on the roads and its alive again.. I think you should actually keep that car.. Bro don't sell it after you done with the car.. Keep it, as this car is a future classic car. Even if its 21 years old car, and it will required some attention its 100% worth to keep that car forever.. I have 2000 E46 323Ci (Cabrio) and it actually requires more job to be done (basically the whole roof either need to be replaced or the wiring system need to be replaced, idk yet) Some work inside of the car need to be done, need good cleaning inside and out, new tires, brake pads, oil, filters etc etc but... No matter what, im not gonna sell it.. This car is stayin with me forever.. But anyway.. Good video like always, and i can't wait to see the next part!
Get a long screwdriver and push that flap not sure which side and open it , because its spring loaded and work it free so it springs back on its own you will know its working because on idle its fully open and gives a lot more bass , I know this mate as I've got the same inc colour 51 plate 330ci except grey trim and auto had it since 2004 ,you will tell the difference on sound Cheers fella , wish I'd got the manual but its been good car cheers 👍

Hey mate!! In her defence, she did get her E46 long long before me, it just so happens I stumbled across this BMW E46 filming a different video for my channel! So if someones copying, it would technically be me! She's got a nicer interior anyways, but really appreciate it man, I wasn't a big fan of the old school BMW's until this one got all cleaned up, and now I LOVE the more boxy shape compared to the new ones! @TheOtherStuff The old ones seem to have a bit more personality and physical buttons 😂. They are filling the new cars with so much technology it's hard to work on them as an enthusiast. The older models are way easier to ajust/modify etc without setting off a chain reaction of electrical faults. I haven't watched her videos to be honest. But assuming because I watch you, her channel is recommended still. Appreciate the transparency though.
