One of the best albums of all time!!! I remember this was the bonus track on the CD. It would come on after you'd been doing something else for like 20 minutes and had forgotten all about it. Then this dark poem (in a godly way) and music (isn't it in 7/4 time or something?) would hit you-like a fallen satellite-thanks for posting!
Could n't find my CD, not could I remember this tracks name. FOUND IT! I love this this track; the music heart piercing...next to What If I Stumble", it's the best one. Oh and there's "IN my Mind's Eye"...:)
Anyone know if this poem is any direct reference to something else. I'm ok with questions I can't answer, just curious who the narrator was who finished his work on the third day
I think the original also had this one. But there was a trick: there was approx. 1 minute of silence after the intro sound. So usually people found this one after a while when the CD player just went on and they did not stop it. :)
Hidden track. The back of the cd case has the track listing with 13, the title intentionally blocked. But it’s on the live album Welcome to he Freak Show (1997) as “Alas, My Love”.

It was a secret song not adddd to track list. At the very end of cd and casset. This is why it is hard to find.
Nice bringing it together:)
This song makes me long for the ability to reach out and touch other people... im to shy for it...
Alas my love ♥
i think this video should get more than 4 likes!!
1 part of the album is missing from that play list. Stephen Hawking doing a little rap.

.....Remember....
this song is a lot less creepy than I remember :/ oh well... childhood destroyed, once again...
Always dug the jamming, almost more than the actual poem.

The poem is about Jesus and the pain, suffering, death, burial and resurrection He willingly endured for mankind. Kevin Max is the speaker.
Jesus
Oh wow wish I'd bought the CD.... Was this on the original CD in 1995 or just the new one"?
+africkinamerican Unlisted track on the original cd. I only heard it by accident because I listened to the whole disc while falling asleep.

Same. The reply didn't work, but I too discovered this track cause I left it on as I was trying to sleep.
