I just keep thinking how much this really feels like the beginning scenes from an apocalyptic movie.
We still haven't cured the Flu btw so this could go on indefinitely and the weaker ur immune system the more ur at risk. This could change how the world works if this doesn't have a cure.

There are reports of people breaking into closed restaurants in Seattle.
Give it a couple weeks, if that. In Italy people are getting restless and tired of being locked up too long. Eventually people take to the streets when it gets claustrophobic. Everyone wants to get back to normality.

Yes. It's creepily accurate
Every version and remake ("I am Legend" wasn't the first or the last movie based on the book) First there was Vincent Price's "Last Man on Earth" (arguably the best of them), then Chuck Heston's serviceable "Omega Man", followed by Will Smith's I am Legend, and finally The Asylum' released "I am Omega" (Asylum Movies are rarely worth mentioning, and this one is no exception.)
If you're going to check out one of the earlier one's, try Vincent Price's, but really, the book wasn't that great, so I don't understand why it keeps getting remade. It's biggest claim to fame is that it inspired George A Romero's Night of the Living Dead.
So I guess we can thank it for The Walking Dead and World War Z (which WAS a book worth reading).

Been In LA and SF since this has all started and I've been around these places for a decade now. I've never seen the cities go through something like this and it's the deadest ive ever seen the roads. hope people in all 4 cities and everyone else across the globe can get through this
Not gonna lie. Empty and quiet Los Angeles was beautiful.
This hits differently when you’ve actually been to these places. I remember the countless times I’ve stayed with my sister in SF. Seeing SF empty definitely gave me an eerie feeling.

lol what are you talking about ? San Francisco always has clean air a majority of the year because it’s constant ocean breeze keeps pollution flowing away. Not saying it’s a good thing but the region doesn’t suffer from bad air days like LA.

Good practice. The next one may not be so forgiving an outbreak. For those who feel they don't need to follow the quarantine because they are younger, remember that attitude when this happens again later down the road and you're in the crosshairs of an outbreak. These are pretty encouraging pictures but I see many more states that just don't give a shit.

Left speechless and in tears. It looks like a war was lost already.. Thought maybe my sons grandkids, grandkids might experience something like this. Never with a blink of an eye . We are scared-we are now recluse. And for the record I miss people, just maybe this will show everyone no matter who or where you come from makes a difference we are all humans and need to treat each other more civilly. If this isn't fixed soon I will need to make arrangements- I worked 2 jobs and a Pancreatic Cancer Survivor. I have no family other than my son. And I will not be a burden to him because I can't pay Bill's. Or have money for food. I survived and I know it was not to suffer a worse death.

Hey neighbor! I'm right across from you at Alaska Junction. One of the things I loved about west seattle was how quiet it is. This though, this is so quiet I can hear the ambulance going across the WS bridge. Super eerie.

Never realized how green LA is compared to other cities...
San Francisco is far more green as well as Seattle. They both get more rain than LA and have more vegetation in the winter. LA is suburban sprawl, little to no trees/green spaces.

As someone who works right in SF (I can see my office building in the Oracle Park drone shot at 2:16), this is....surreal
