Hello from south of Lake Erie in Northwestern Pennsylvania! Here we have a very rainy but lush climate - not unlike Ireland I believe. The soil is great for trees and native grasses, but the heavy clay isn't great for growing vegetables. I recently started using mulch and I have tried no-dig. I'm really seeing the benefits of the approach. I'll probably use it more in the garden in the future. Thanks for sharing the video and the tip about covering the compost.

Thanks for leaving a comment! No dig helps a lot and reduces maintenance. For all of our perennial gardens we will add an additional layer of woodchips to protect the soil life and reduce weeds further. :D
