You know Summer is just around the corner when you've got these delicious things literally popping up everywhere in your garden. We've eaten these elephant garlic scapes since the video was made. They were so good both seared with chicken in a cast iron pot and simply sautéed in butter in a frying pan. Grow your own perennial veg!
