      +Federico Ponzin Many thanks. I’m in Sweden at the Eurooean jumps & hurdles convention. I’ll try to pull some comment together. We’ve in total around 12 hours of lectures and practical sessions!

      I would just make sure that you are sufficiently recovered to optimally perform the next set. We want good quality powerful and quick but safe performance of the exercises where relevant
