Too late. Once the salt water hits that watch it will be a rusted mess within 2 days. Maybe less. Salt water is terrible for electronics as it does more damage due to corrosion.

I have a pouch and it works great. You don't have to take your every day case off or always have a bulky case on, the touch screen still works, it was like $10, has a better depth max, and more. Also I used to have a life proof and the Lightning port latch broke and the screen started peeling off through super basic use. Barely ever submerged it just normally used it and my $100 case was no longer waterproof.
Just know that I recommend getting the pouch, the pouch is less than 10 dollars everywhere so in my opinion it's the best deal and as you can see also one of the best waterproof cases/ pouch
