the fact about the video is it is true and will be devastating for many students living there as they do not get 50000 pounds in london easily and 40000 pounds in manchester with graduate jobs. Basic graduate job salary starts somewhere from 23000 pounds. Man, this is truely factual and brutal at the same time.

I would say if you make 30K GBP (gross before taxes and NI) then you can cover all your expenses and have 0 - 2K savings. Overall I would say that the UK is an expensive country with mediocre salaries. This is why the cost of living is a big issue in the UK because salaries are average compared to global standards while expenses are high compared to global standards

Hayes and Wembley are in London so you can take that as an example. Also worth checking websites like rightmove, zoopla for exact rents if you would like to know.

Childcare costs are really high. Full time childcare costs somewhere from 1600-2000 pounds. Mostly around 2000 pounds per month, so you would need atleast that much just for full time childcare if both parents are working.

Bro 28L in India that too for family of 3 is so nice. You can live a luxurious life with that. 43K in London is very less as the inflation has increased a lot in UK and cost of living is too high there. 60K should be around should be okay but for safety, don't choose London under 70K You can live with 48K too but since you're a family of 3, it's better to be b/w 60k-70k for safety.
