As someone who has come to Judaism, I feel like I will eventually find my place amongst Breslovers. I'm reading a book on Rebbe Nachman's teachings right now, and I think I love it. They are so simple, yet so complex. Always food for thought. I feel they will take me on a journey, but for the good. For now though, I will continue to read and try to take on someone of the baseline ideas mentioned in this video. One halacha a day sounds like a good start, but I like the idea of taking time out of my day to speak to Hashem in my own words.
Av b'Shmayim wants a personal relationship with all of us. It is what we were made for! We should pray without ceasing, all day, praying in the spirit--24/7 hisbodedus. Seek Hakadosh Baruch Hu alone!!! ברכות ואהבה, Chaim
I talk to Hashem every day like a tatteh. All through the day, moments here and there, when I'm out walking my dogs, cooking and cleaning. I'm hoping that it counts as hitbodedut. Studying Halacha, I try to look at halachot bat yisrael, but I don't really know how to learn, if that makes sense? Uman is out of the question, and I have no representative (widow). I hope one day to be able to join one of the women's groups that have begun to go.
Keep up your hitbodedut as you are doing it. Halakhot, whatever book of torah law you have access too. I hope that in the meantime you have had the merit of making it to Uman.
I’ll never dismiss rebbe Nachman’s knowledge. But is it possible when he said to strive to be by him on Rosh Hashanah, that he didn’t know we would be living 5000-10000 miles and oceans away from Uman? :(
Moses himself did not disclose where he was buried because he did not want people to worship Him. Now why exactly does rebbe Nachman think people should do it for him?
hellow dear jewish brother meir elkabas you must know those things what i was blocked on 30 days on previous thursday only because i told there all truth about falashumaras but namely what falashmuras are not jews and thet they hang their advertisements on their ethiopian language what their christ is our ''messiah on the central station of tel aviv

I am a Bres-lover and hope one to merit to become a Breslover.
I am with Rabbi Nachman of Breslev. I live by this. Next year I go to visit him in Uman soon. Couldn't make it Roshashanna. I go as soon as I can.
I am also with the Rebbe too. Hope that you made it to Uman

We miss u our brother
Ger Tzedek here. Reading Litukei Moharan, have a “Breslov Siddur.” Also, bought a Chumash with Hebrew and English.

It's all just meniyos.

If you read Rabbi Nachman's books with full sincerity, you would not need to ask such questions. This is NOT worship. It is RESPECT for the Tzaddik!
What you are talking about is avodah Zara, not Breslover chassidus.
It's expensive to fly to Uman :(
It is, but you could daven for it. I hope you get to go there soon bezrat Hashem.
amazing. see prayer 76 in the fiftieth gate by reb noson.
nice.
Yashar koach.
