I have analyzed more than 100 yachts and I consider that this is the best of all, for space, distribution, windows, 4 decks, 35 meters and with sauna etc, etc. If I could buy one, this would be my choice. From Barcelona

does anyone know what's up with the deck flooring? some of it is nice shiny decking and some parts looks like it's been painted with cheap house paint. or is real dirty. ??????

@@hgordonf but it just doesn't look wet. if anything, to me at least, it looks just the opposite of wet, it looks dusty. or sandy.
@@rockzhard2009 yeah, it some kind of dust. In some places there are footprints in it.

You showed the inner workings of the beach club, eg. the sauna and the day head, but not the actual beach club itself.
