    Trees can be very expensive - if you do nothing - she will do that again. A tree can can cost 25K and up. Go after her or she will do it again.

    Your neighbor is definitely wrong..now you can sue her for $10,000 to replace the forest 🌳

    This is a huge thing!! Your forest is yours! Call town hall, just need a lawyer letter sent to them, whatever they did was illegal trespassing.. for real. 😮😮😮

    I love the these long streams! I have 4 kids & work 3 jobs, so I can never make it to the lives. But I found your content back when you were making more “serious” videos… I followed for nursing info but I LOVE the streams (both you & the panel) I cannot bring myself to focus on ANY physical task (dishes, laundry, showering) unless I have something to listen to, and your channel is my favorite for that! Thank you ❤

    I'd deffinetly consider civil court. The tree company also continuing to trim on your property after you said they didn't have permission sounds illegal too. I wouldn't want my neighbor to think they can continue to over-step boundaries because I didn't call out them cutting down my trees & set a precident.

    I would consider suing for replacement of green space/reforestation but not money. Go out and count stumps. Measure diameter of stumps.

    • @marianking3773
      @marianking3773 Год назад +1

      You could price a couple of native species trees of the same diameters. Should Karen or the company that did the work replace it? You could require the company to actually replant equivalent size trees.

      thats a good idea to measure stumps. Didn't think about that. for approximate size of replacements. thanks!

    We live in the country as well. When we moved in, our house was surrounded by 14 undeveloped acres. We only own 2 acres, so we knew other people would be building around us. Last year, the owners of the neighboring lot asked my husband if they could put a power pole on our property. He said that he would ask me. I told him, "No," but apparently they assumed I would say yes because without talking to either of us again, they had their house built and now that is done they asked my hubby to sign a paper so that they can install a power pole so they can have their power connected. I am not pleased. I feel like I can't say no, but I don't want to say yes either.

    • @NurseLiz
      @NurseLiz  Год назад

      omg. that would annoy me. That's such a tricky spot to be in because you don't want to start off on the wrong foot with neighbors. but also. I wouldn't want a pole in my yard for their power.

      Check with the county to see where the easement is for utilities. If i have the option to say, no thank you, that's exactly what I would do. Sign nothing until an attorney reads it.

    I would go after the neighbors and the tree removal company for trespassing and destruction of property.
    I would also place no trespassing notices along the property line. She is the entitled type of Karen that will continue to push things. The tree company had the responsibility to ensure that they were only working on the clients property. I agree that the natural planting to create a natural barrier along the property line is a good idea. Happy Mother Earth gardening and nurturing of both chicks, kiddos and other warm loving beings. Employ strong boundaries with this person she doesn’t understand being a good neighbor, collaborating, need of other/community or appropriate boundaries.

      @@NurseLiz One of the reasons I left nursing/homecare…I was out there alone with my ADRN and the MD was just signing the forms I sent and they became orders. We’re the 485/486 forms even actually being read/edited/checked for errors? Sometimes I would ask another nurse to do a visit on my patient kind of as a consult.
