Its been awhile since we don't get sit down with Tash and Tav so happy for this one .
This increased my ratings for Tash. In this video I could see that you have a drive to become a better person especially when you were talking about working out and saying that people who work out and wake up early will have a better quality of life. That is facts and I think that once you master discipline, you’ll become very successful. I took a lot of what Taveion said with a grain of salt because based on what she said I think she’s comfortable with relapsing (being consistent then suddenly stopping) and you are not. Tav also said not to make people let you feel uncomfortable about things that you are not uncomfortable with🤔that’s good advice in some situations but think about it, somethings we may only be comfortable with because of past traumas and that’s not healthy. Also, I could see that you held a different opinion on the high value clothing thing because high value women do dress classy! When we were young and didn’t buy our own clothes that doesn’t count but if you are grown and can afford to buy your own stuff then what you wear will definitely define your standards for yourself. High value and standard go hand in hand.
That’s true! When you have too much time on your hands, you overthink a lot especially on unnecessary things and you get in your feelings/low/sad.
I am soooo proud when young people (especially ladies) can have open and honest conversations like this. It is very refreshing in this day and age when almost every "influencer" seem to have a one track mind in terms of what they showcase, so to hear you guys reaffirm certain things warms my heart.
My two biggest takeaways that wish my two young sisters live by:
"Stop letting people make you feel uncomfortable about things you're not uncomfortable with"
"Take what you need (if anything at all) from the internet/social media, everything doesn't necessarily have to apply to your life"

I have to give myself pep talks during my down moments also or when I’m not feeling confident in myself. Reminding myself who my God is and the scripture verses that goes with what I’m feeling helps as well.
Staying active is so important. Once you start and you fall off, you literally feel guilty after awhile. I’m yearning to start my working out again.
