- In this tape, Dr Hew Len presented several tools to cleanse negative memories. Each of these tools are equally effective as his mantra of "I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you". According to Dr Hew Len, some of the tools were inspired by Divinity in his meditation. But the HA breathing (his version) was probably a modification of what Morrnah Simeona taught.
At the end of the tape, he told a story of how he took his first class with Morrnah. The context of the story implies that he had learned the four-phase mantra at Morrnah's class. This is simply not true and I want to bring this up now to clarify.

Very happy to have found this video - I am in a process of learning more and more and as I delve into Ho'ponopono I see how I have been trying to activate it throughout my life without understanding. I am also confused about this conflict that seems to be between Dr. Len's approach and the original indigenous way. The description says that something is not true, yet his words are portrayed in this video. I also got this message of something not being authentic about Dr. Len's teaching from school in Hawaii. For me i have been inspired by learning about Dr. Ihaleakala, his voice, his words touched me so that is where I am led to this video. I have received a lot of healing from this readiness to accept this concept and this man - even though he has passed away. I am grateful for hearing him speak of his interpretation. Thank you. I love you. I am sorry for any conflicts or hurts regarding this. Please forgive me. I love you

I have tried both methods, the results using the 12 or 14 steps is light years away from Hew lens method. Try it for yourself.
The key words here are "tried both methods". Each person has a different experience. Personally, Hew Len's mantra did not work for me at all.

Where did you learn the 12 steps from? From IZI LLC Basic I course or from Pacific Seminars?

In all this time listening to Dr. Len talking about ho'oponopono what I believe is that these tools were given to him through the zero state when he connected to divinity and divinity inspired him.
Now I understand that these tools do not come from the ho'oponopono created by Mornah, but the question I ask myself now is why all those people who use these (new) tools and get positive results, why does it work for them? it's a sort of placebo or something like that?
Some could argue that even Morrnah's 12 step process is a placebo. However, Morrnah's 12 steps were grounded with her spiritual understanding and wisdom. She didn't just make it up. I am not sure if you can do exorcism by eating cornflakes. Dr. Len said you could, but I haven't tried. No comment.

In the details of the release you can read the following: "This training was recorded by volunteers at a Honolulu TV Station using old Beta I technology. It’s not Blu.-Ray, but it is the historical significance of the information that are crucial...this is a whole week’s worth of Training that Morrnah Together with her panel, she chose to record and present. of experts, for the first and only time at our Huna Seminar in Punalu‘u, Hawaii in August 1980.

Sorry i am confused about the Haa breathing dr hew len says not to breath physically but mentally and count to 10 but joe vitale and other instructors are practicing abdominal breathing counts of 7.
Can anybody clarify this. As this is contradicting information and misleading information.
What Hew Len meant was that you do the counting mentally and the breathing physically. Morrnah Simeona's Ha breathing is counting 7, not 10. Please refer to this video: ruclips.net/video/8iLuFihttRM/видео.html. BTW, Hew Len taught the blue solar water, but Morrnah taught solar water using light green or clear bottle.
It would be good to have a correct A to Z way to practice the Haa breathing.

Morrnah was quite specific about the number 7 since it had other implications.
As far I know, the unique place to find Morhna ho'oponopono is through "pacifica seminars". This short of teaching is pure "new age". Also Morhna used the Jesus command in the prayer of"I". "I give you peace, my peace I give you, not the peace of the world, but my peace". Morhna obviously also Christianised her practice of the pagan rituals. This are just "gurus" cashing out in people insecurities, struggles, suffering and ignorance, making themselves very rich in the process of fleecing the sheep. The same technic employed by the "pastors of the prosperity gospels" The most bizarre thing is the fact that there are very educated people who believes in this nonsense.

Isn’t this blue bottle stuff just superstitions?
Personally I wouldn't try to release earthbound spirits by drinking blue solar water (or by eating cornflakes; or saying blue bonnet). But it may work for someone as Hew Len alluded.
