Ho o’Ponopono and Sikhism are very similarly. In Sikhism we are supposed to do Naam Simran within ourselves to attain a no thought state of mind so we clearly feel our connection with Waheguru 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️❤️❤️

This is glorious, I've been looking for "ho oponopono conference" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Wanogan Teyarter Cure - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my colleague got cool results with it.
This is the BEST video I have seen on Ho’oponopono. I have been researching right way to practice for 4 years now. Even listened to Hew Len because of whom today we know about Ho’Oponopono.

TOTALLY LOVE THIS. thank you so much for sharing this beautiful class. It all ties in so beautifully with what I have learnt about manifestation on my spiritual journey that "we manifest what we believe we are worthy of receiving" and with this beautiful prayer we can look at all the subconscious blocks, pain, shame and conditioning. Clear them and alongside reprogram them by changing the narrative with affirmations, visualisation, NLP, EFT, Chanting etc. And the best part is, the payer helps us let go which is the final step for divine alignment.

🙏I am sorry to ask u this question , I know u said to do this as a lifelong practice but still if u could suggest approximately in a day how many times to repeat / chant this...that would be really helpful 🙏
We do Ho’oponopono when we have an ‘uncomfortable’ emotion in response to a situation. We repeat Ho’oponopono when we feel that emotion to allow us to feel better/a sense of calm in the moment. We do this until the situation is resolved 🙏

So far my knowledge ... We can do 24×7 ..not in sound but silently in our mind. That means always ,because we need to delete our memories of our many life .And when we do cleaning we are healing ourselves and all around us and everything in our life - love,relation, financial matters, success ,happiness.
But to keep in mind we are cleaning for cleaning . And Key word Trust & Let Go.
