- I said I was working on a better design here it is, more comfortable on the feet. Please make sure you are using heavy-duty #resistancebands when doing all exercises involving the bands also important please check your bands always for wear and tears. Supportes by metal ruber plate. This video not recommended for children please like share and subscribe thank you 😊

@georgetrakadas8595 Well it seems your imagination fuel on negatives and not positive outcome. If you are careless and don't check any equipment you use even the iron at the gym then surely shows who you are. 😊

Pretty good setup. I think I'd like screw some spacers to the each side instead of using clamps. Something more permanent.
@Gadgetmawombo Good idea, sin I travel every few months is main reason I came up with this design. If I was not, I would definitely, got some big hooks and put them into the ground or floor be very useful.

would probably be alot safer with something between your legs to catch the plank in case that thing comes flying if it slips off. Be careful! i got the bodylift bl1 thats not yet set up for my home gym, it does everything except one exersize and that is you cant comfortably do squats on it, but when i looked at this id rather do standing squats with those resistance bands with handles, you just throw a roll under a door as anchor for the resistance bands. Also theres sissy squat with ancor for resistance bands if you look around
It's great what you are saying, it's safe and easy to use so don't judge before you try. The idea behind this is to show people how easy to be creative in your workouts, the tools are all around us, just enjoy and be creative and they can never be bored, when people get bored they don't want to exercise. I've been in this since age 16 now 56 This has been a way of life for me. However they are many people who are not and cannot adapt so I hope I can encourage them to make fitness fun, creative and exciting.

just do some lunges or squats, put something heavy in a backpack if you have to dumbells or do a split leg variety like bulgarian split squat, plenty hard with just bodyweight .. no need to break your nose with that contraption
Good what you say but, however they are many people out there, who needs to understand about creativity in making workout more fun and exciting especially people like myself who have a passion when it comes to health and fitness. Showing people how they can get the most out of their resistancebands are extremely important. Most people don't.
All the things you say are truth but there's lots more. I have been training 40 + years, used every thing available to me from Sand, Water, Cement, Iron and more. I find exercising extremely easy.
i'd say this is better because you have to stabilize as well. that's going to strengthen your body.

You know, you folks are so negative it's unbelievable, go to a gym and use a leg press machine, imagine something goes wrong and all that weights come crashing down on you.
Now tell me which is more safe.
You wanna build muscles and stay in shape, you do what is necessary to get that done, better than sitting around doing nothing, making excuses.
Get a bigger board like some plywood.

Every workout equipments ever designed and being use today is dangerous to some degree, only when not taken care of outside of that works perfectly.
You could probably sell this for $300+ like the other guys! 😂😂😂
