The Worth Four Light Test, also known as the Worth's Four Dot test or W4LT, is a clinical test mainly used for assessing a patient's degree of binocular vision and binocular single vision.

yes full correction, still do it with reduced vision because they could be suppressing the eye with reduced vision.

First of all we have to find the cause of suppression, it can be squint or high unilateral spectacle prescription. Accordingly we treat the cause first, then we can do anti suppression exercise on synaptophore. Some computer softwares are also available for anti suppression exercise.
