12:41 next morning after that 12am Taco-Bell run 😂 🤷♀
I rebuild air compressors every day. And let me tell ya it’s not easy. The guys in the video are unstoppable. Great job
It's amazing what you can find in the back alleys and back roads of Vietnam.
Ansioso esperando la segunda parte jaja. Saludos cordiales desde Argentina 🇦🇷🇦🇷👋😉
You should probably use a sandblaster to get rid of the rust.
По покраске и запресовке подшипников, это какая-то жесть.
That was amazing how you Repaired all of the air Compressor congratulations! Hope you enjoyed it
This is cool! with the right tools, its so possible. It is just like a puzzle, the way you take them out is the same way you put them back in (parts)
Vuestro trabajo es por demas inspirador y motivador. Gracias!!.🇺🇾👍🇮🇩
Watching you do this kind of work inspires me. Thanks

All that I can add is that your idea of restoration is different to mine!
Хорошая работа, молодец. И шляпа нормальная.
Hola buen video saludos desde Argentina 👍

I love how these men work together. 💪
Excelente trabajo. Ahora esperar el resto de proyecto. Buen video.

Wow, new colors! Great work! Thanks for video.
In Iraq...we so much need this combreser..it's verey good kind.
You guys need a sand blaster ~ better for hard to reach spots and it gets ALL OF THE RUST. Also, you NEED TORQUE SPECS for the compressor or you run the risk of leaks or even blowing the heads off.
Now this is one really cool looking machine. It's a beast, can't wait to watch what you do with this bad boy. Its huge

the most awaited part 👍🏻
Beautiful restoration 👏👍🤝
Great job!! Another solid, made to last item rescued and restored to former glory to give it a new lease of life, and being used what it was intended for!! PROPER upcycling without the BS barcode !!
Another great restoration bro'!
Баба молодец, нашла мужикам работу
Best work from @The Restorator till date, hands down!! Something of this proportion is an industry level restoration process!!! Mindblowing to watch it being done patiently by this one-man team! Watching for the 3rd time (mostly because I'm always obsessed with the disassembly part of tools and machines ☺️ So satisfying)
Amazing work, brother! Waiting to see your Rolls Royce series~

Hard work nice result 👍, thanks for video.
really amazing restoration dear i love this
Big work,Big master
I have seen many videos of this type on RUclips in which they do Air Compressor restorations and I am struck by a question about a very common factor that most seem to omit. So, can anyone tell me if these people have noticed the conditions inside the air tanks?, because if they are extremely rusty outside, inside they could be worse, since the remaining water inside increases the process oxidation over the time and that could be dangerous, especially under the high pressure conditions that tool is designed for. In my opinion, I would have replaced both tanks to avoid any unnecessary risk of danger, because if those tanks were made to hold 10,000 PSI for example, with that level of oxidation, that capacity could be reduced to a dangerously low level, taking into consideration the volume of air that the compressor can handle. In addition to this, hydrostatic tests must be performed to verify the actual pressure limits for those tanks. Such a high level of external oxidation does not speak well of the inside of the tanks and omitting this, is a negligent act because that can cause cracks in the walls of these tanks or welded joints causing ruptures and a consequent explosion that could cause serious damage and even death. Even taking into account the safety valves (in case someone mentions them), the original design of a tool of this type, contemplates safety levels with its tanks in optimal conditions, so that by reducing the original capacity due oxidation, such valves would be oversized and would not work properly.
Too many vids of this subject matter I agree. They do all the hard work and repair what is good. Then they choose to polish a literal turd, I am surprised that people choose to not replace a damaged pressure vessel. even just using an air pig until they get a bigger tank, just making sure to set the regulator on the motor about 50 psi below what it takes to blow the tanks. These people are asking to get hurt.
Most air compressors are set to work with air tools. Most air tools are about 90psi so the tanks are never gonna explode.
@@jizwinkle9822 yeah, 90 psi might make the tank jump but it's still risky. Pressure vessils are not something I'd take chances with. That and I run my air tools at about 120 psi. Just keep em lubed.....
Rusty air compressor restoration creates a freshly painted bomb.

Increible, cuando montan todo no le ponen una gota de aceite ni grasa ni nada donde van los rulemanes , los pistones, etc etc, la verdad no los entiendo.
Video is very good

incredible and impressive...well done my dear friend....😊👍
That's a really good air compressor.

Muito bom 👍👍
Valeu the restorator!

Good restore
Love the pith helmet. What a beauty of a machine. Lot of hard work done there, but as a mechanic, I had mechanical sympathy for those piston rings when your hammered the cylinder over the piston. When a cylinder wont easily slide over piston and rings, something is not right and shouldn`t be forced. Hope you do a compression test on the three individual cylinders and monitor oil past that bottom control ring, because with that brutal treatment, it wouldn`t surprise me if you broke a ring or two!
It was 1/2 ass from beginning to end. I wouldn't trust those air tanks. Did you see the amount of sludge coming out of them? Not a single bolt was torqued. A few near bearing. A few new gaskets. External rust removal and a coat of paint. This is NOT a restoration.
Great job you guys are doing awesome
Thank you share
Great Success!!!
Bro so cool master engineering 👍🇬🇧
grouse work mate cheers from Australia to your area and yep that,s a very industrial looking air compressor and power wise well you cannot go wrong with them things etc.
Incrível habilidade!!!👏👏👏👏👏👏
I'm
Wow! That machine looks primitave!
Great job so far looking forward to next part. Was surprised so much water had accumulated in the air reservoir tanks, perhaps previous owner never drained which given condition of the sump oil alone is highly likely. Agree other comment about hydrostatic testing the tanks.

Beautiful restoration
Polish a turd all you want, it's still a turd. Those pressure tanks are just waiting to explode. And if anyone is near when they do its likely to take a life.
Um belíssimo trabalho parabéns abraços.

Congratulations.Nice job.
You definitely need a sandblaster. Why don't you cover the holes before painting? It's just wild.
The practical application of Chinese archeology.
Great job
Man... there's gotta be 1,000 pieces to this monster. I'd have so many pieces left over if I tried putting this thing back together hahaha. Great work fellas
Love the way it looks but I want to see it work
Да как этот дебил на показ это делает оно не будет работать
Thank you for saving 47 minutes. What is the point if it doesn’t work
Looks great!! You need to get a bigger hammer haha When painting use tape on the threads and plug the holes and it will go back together a lot easier!!!
Enjoyed your video and I gave it a Thumbs Up
Getting there almost done keep at it two thumbs

I think about who made this, who designed this, which company makes parts for this ✌️hats off to them
You must have installed the lower piston oil ring which prevents oil from entering the cylinder chamber
Great Work!! That’s Fantastic!!👍
Well done
