- We did it! Blake and Joel at MSC spent a long time testing and trying different clutch setups and we finally found great combinations for the 2021 and 2022 CFMOTO CFORCE 1000 Overland. For what I'm going to use my CForce 1000 for, I'll just stick to the factory clutch. Not tryin to be offensive, I mean, sure.....there was a little more there, not much, but, a little, but it's just not worth it for what my main uses are going to be for, which is WORK. It's going to spend most of its life in low range pulling stumps, hauling trailers of wood, pulling a tiller, and plowing driveways.
Anyway.....I took mine out in the 20+ inches of snow we just had here in MN, and had one hell of a time! I LOVE it!! These things are a BEAST! Right from the factory. There will be some trail riding involved with the wife, but, we don't need to be able to pull wheelies......in fact, I think she'd be pretty pissed if I did that to her!
But it's cool that you guys do what you do for those that want it!
I know I'll be checking in with you whenever/if ever I have issues with my ride.

Been seeing these things at a dealership by my parents house in Louisiana. Always wondered about them being a Chinese Brand ATV and you already know where this goes, have watched about 5 of your videos as well as some others and I just called wife and said we gonna go take a ride and check out the 500 we hunt so as far as the abuse you guys put them through we will Never go that deep with it. Blake, stop messing me up. I was set on the 600 Touring before, then they fixed the issues with the 800, and now you’re teasing me with the 1000. I just don’t know what to buy anymore 😆

They are all great
A good thing to do is take pictures while doing each step before and after each piece comes off since we all have cameras now a days! And put the parts in a zip lock bag marked with what step you did.

Holy hell Blake, We got both of our machines around the same time you were just starting this channel when I just got my second 800. Pay attention after you going to the clutch guy and then coming back and you and Joel doing it I can just about do this in my sleep now. You guys are killing it.

I know I have asked about this before, BUT... have you guys considered doing a video on adding factory blinkers to each of these models of CFMOTO? Many, many people want to add blinkers (factory, preferably, on the quads).... and good videos!

Where on the 800 xc or the 600 is a good keyed on power source
Killer video as always. I have a 2021 800xc that is still stock. I'm planning to order the lift kit here shortly. The stock wheels seem fine to me. Do you have a tire brand/size recommendation for 70% trail and 30% pavement riding that will fit the machine once lifted? I'm not mechanically strong enough to solve for fitment issues. Need something that will bolt on and work. Thanks for all the content. Your channel has a cult following in Wisconsin.
Mark the best tire for what you are describing may just be the M1 Evil made by AMS in a size 28. But if you take your fender flares off then I know you can fit the 30 inch ones..
Or you can fit a 30 inch Blackwater Evo.. but the AMS M1evil will last much longer on pavement and the Blackwater will give you better traction off road and still do good for 30 percent pavement

Hey man love the videos I have a cf moto 800xc and I'm wondering if I put 28 inch tires on it if I will need a clutch kit if I don't will it cause any problems
It won't necessarily cause any problems.. but it will help the performance with the bigger tires if you get the clutch kit from MSC

It's better on the belt because we are eliminating as much belt slippage as possible.

I just did a stage 3 clutch in mine is the spring to strong to make the helix move a little to the right or are my arms just to tired from compressing that spring. I got the helix up against the right side of the little black bump stops.
Sorry I don't quite get it. What's the point for the clutch kit? Do they go bad in such a short period, or if it's better clutch for durability, or if it's just for performance? I don't need a toy but a reliable hunting tool. Should I get the clutch change then?

I have recieved my stage 3 trail kit for my cforce 1000. Currently the machine is all stock and this will be the first upgrade. In the instructions it shows to clock it to B1. After modding more in the future is there a chart or list for recomendations of where it should be clocked with biiger tires, or a tune etc?

I bought a kit from you last year for my 2019 400 and finally installed it yesterday. In the instructions you sent with it didn't mention the marks needing to be lined up on the primary clutch. Do I need to take it apart and check those marks or are they not on the 400?

I have a question so you sell these clutch kits but why does cfmoto have the reclocking numbers on there i see abc and 123 i just dont understand where you are supose to go with it if your running stock tires. I just got a 2022 cfmoto 800xc any help would be appreciated

I find the 600 very powerful, great machine. The constant pursuit of power and engine size is mostly marketing hype in my opinion. I don’t see the point in emphasizing popping wheelies. Teenage immature foolish etc. There is no substitute for safety first. It’s the same principle as “ the gun is always loaded”. No substitute!
Maybe they’ll make a non 2up 800/1000

I bought a 2021 cfm moto 500s with 4 hrs on it. I'm almost through the break in period,and all it does is click ,no its not the battery, I can bypass the selinod and it cranks. Is there an issue with it or a relay? Do you have a link to where I could order the correct selinod, thanks

Is it ok to grease the shafts before putting the secondary back on?
So dnt need to use the spring that came in the bag with the weights?
Quick question, by doing this at home or even at the shop will this void a warranty ?
That will be a question that each individual would have to ask their local shop. But in my opinion, If you do a clutch kit.. and you later need to bring your atv in for warranty work on your 4wd actuator.. the clutch kit first of all would have no affect on the actuator of your 4wd... so therefore it shouldnt affect the warranty in that particular example ... but again.. it comes down to your local shop and what they say.

If they’re junk why are you watching this channel you’re obviously curious. Got a little bit of news for you they’re built way better than your sportsman or your outlander. But you probably have blinders on when you’re looking at these things so being brand loyal gets rid of your money
I hate my rzr and it’s a pile of shit. Terrible durability. Sold my 15 outlander also. Very uncomfortable and durability issues. Love my grizzly and thinking about a cf moto next
