Have the exact same issue using a brand new Beats EP wired headset. I was able to verify your diagnostic results; i.e., no audio produced on - and on - the right channel (right ear). A few extra details that might help you narrow down the culprit. I'm using these headphones with precisely two audio sources: [1] my desktop PC, and [2] my Playstation 5. However, the audio works flawlessly on my PS5 (its even supported as a Sony "3D audio" capable headset. This would lead me to believe the issue pertains to the host system's driver firmware (or some conflicting user-space software), and with the headphone hardware itself as implied by your video. Couldn't you just find the replacement driver and reattach it?
