Mam we are construt a bldg. A sixth floor foundation after design a footing our SBC is 120 . There are 15 columns left & right are footing size is 3x2.3 and middle are 5 columns is footing 3x3 size, mam an avaiodable situations because of two side and back are other land so max. footing side footing jalli are not in middle is biaxial footing, mam your comments please

is there no way to design an eccentric ftg to stand on its own - not with combined or provision of strap beam? try to apply this combined ftg or strap beam on masonry fence of a large property.
I have seen eccentric footing construction videos without any strap or combined footing. Please explain how to design an eccentric isolated footing with axial and moment loads.

You didn't show how to support the corner column with biaxial eccentricity, or eccentric footings with no concentric interior columns to be strapped on. It is incomplete.
