To me pure musc is the most perfect out of the entire Narciso Rodrigues line. Such a soft, gentle, perfect scent. And by perfect i really mean perfection in a bottle. Pure love for me this one!!!

"Kinda like an aura", yes, totally. I smelled this perfume on one girl in the shopping center, it was like flowery aura around her, amazing. I loved it and bought it on the spot.
I hate asking for another review under a review, makes me feel a bit bratty and ungrateful. But please please review the Fleur Musc if you have a sample. I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Ok my husband goes crazy over Fleur musc and he doesn't like many of my perfumes. he goes crazy for the for her EDP too. I'm buying them all ...over my lifetime

Yes I layer this with dior pure poison. The two together smells so innocent and soft. You describe pure musc perfectly. Very inoffensive fragrance. Love your channel ❤

Love Narciso Rodriguez, love your reviews. Thanks for making such a mysterious “mainstream” brand accessible.
That said, for me, this perfume doesn’t seem light at all. Not sure if I’m particularly sensitive to its linear character for this particular potion.... I appreciate the minimal approach as I do for the For Her EDT and the Narciso EDT, both of which I own and adore, but it feels like without the overtly woody accents and damp sweetness of the white florals this is actually sharper and, not airier per se but brighter and stronger to me. Simpler, punchier, even though it’s “barely there”. Such a fascinating combination of “not-there” but still very powerful. It Grabs my attention and is less come-hither “seductive”
Still lovely though I have a situation where every time I wear one of his perfumes I keep huffing myself 😭
Thank you! That's the thing with modern musks, some people feel them intensely and some people have trouble smelling them at all (put me in the latter category haha). It's definitely a cool perfume but as I said I would layer this with things to give them an oomph! Thanks so much for your lovely comment. :)
Great review! This stays on my skin even after shower. Youre spot on in the way you described it. Also maybe a “pheromone” perfume which makes it sex-y.

I love your review. I got 10ml sample and I have already ordered 100 ml. It may be not extravagant but quite original. The Body Shop White Musk was incredible! I could smell my friend entering the building of our University ;) Real signuture scent;) At that time ( the 90s) The Body Shop products weren't available in Poland (my friend's sister lived in the UK) so it smelled like something beyond our reach but we were sure we will get one day ;) Lots of kisses from Poland!
Oh yes! The original white musk from body shop was intense! All of theirs were. I actually wore this ole two days ago and still could smell it when I woke up. White musks are lab produced so they last forever.

Yes you're right, he plays with white musk very well. It's a feeling that appeals to many people.
I was looking for a musky perfume that would be elegant and stable and not be dominated by any other notes.just a pure musk, and as long as you chose this fragrance, I am sure that I would not search for it because your channel is about fragrances that I love and use. Thank you

I do really love this scent, for it's simplicity, it's uncomplicatedness, it's purity. There are times when I just want to feel fresh and clean - like bedtime, or running an early morning errand or when I'm cleaning or doing the laundry - this and Lalique Amethyst are two scents I always throw on on cleaning days, because they smell so lovely and clean that they inspire me to make everything around me that clean too. 😂
Even when I'm sick and can't handle something heavy this is perfect for days like that too. Simple, clean smelling fragrances like this always make me feel energised and ready to take on the day, and that's what I appreciate them for.

I absolutely love this one, it doesn’t have the sharp tang NR perfumes usually have. Surprisingly, it has a whiff of another all time favorite -BY women by Dolce and Gabbana after it dries down. It’s weird because they hardly share any notes!
I just tried this recently and for whatever reason the only word that came to mind to describe this one was “Velcro-y”. I’m not sure why but to my nose, it smells a bit fuzzy and clean and Velcro came to mind. I really enjoy it and I’m not usually a fan of musc.
Interesting! hehe, I've never heard someone describe a perfume as velcro-y hehe.
I think I could like this one, unless it smells like pretty much any white musk with a steeper price tag. I really enjoy the musk in NR perfumes, but I find it hard to pull off the floral notes in them. If this smells like the dominant musk stripped of the rose or orange blossom notes in the “For Her” line, then I will love it.
Narciso for Her reminds me of Gucci Bloom. I love the earthy botanical feel of that one and the Poudree. Hope this is a similar earthy feel.
Hmm Gucci bloom to me is very focused on Tuberose, it's kinda like a heady white floral. The original "for her" was kinda rosey? Narciso plays with musk alot. You should try... Michael kors "michael" kim kardashians first perfume also, coz maybe you like Tuberose?
@@ouch110 To a novice they all smell alike. Even Soliflore Gingerlily by Dame Perfumery smell like gucci bloom because they all have that deep, raspy, bitter overbearing floral with smell of earthy musk - very heavy botanicals and soil. The same with Modern Muse and SJP's Lovely... I will look into those recommends. Would love to be able to smell the individual notes used in perfume by themselves. Are those the kind you find in perfume making sets? How do people learn what smells like what? Please do a video on this.
Uuh, i dont own such a fragrance (im just since around 4y really into fragrances), and ordered a 100ml flanker of it and of LAbsolu 50ml ago 3d and today it's on the way home, im excited:)) Ps My sister always just uses 1 fragrance (like Issey Miake fragrances, Aqua di Goia, etc, etc), but they just dont last and as i smelled Pur Musk the first time, ide know that this is for shure the taste of my sister... Earlier in my fragrance using times, i also just wearing aquatic fragrances bcs the more bold one, was just to much for me and i absolutely hated sweet fragrances, so this fragrances are such a great add to the designer fragrance world, i think it's made for people as you said... Ps I'm sorry, for my English🙈🙄🤘

I actually like both but the Poudree one is still closer to his style of floral powdery musk. The pure musk one is crisp clean and soft and more simple. :)

David Duong perfumes do not come with age restrictions or genitals. This perfume smells like clean airy laundry so if you like the smell? Wear it! :)

very sensual smell! i have a tester, but everytime i spray it on my skin and let it set for some time, i get even kind of aroused by the smell 😁but it's not agressive or primitive, it's sensual and soft.
