Roddy, You're the man. I bought your transcription bundles. Im posting this because people may not know they are so worth it! Thank you and I know next Tame Impala album you'll be making new vids for sure!
Please make a cover of "Nothing that has happened so far has been anything we could control" from these guys, I would love it, cause you are amazing doing this, I'm addicted to your videos
Lα CαβƦα Cøøl thanks dude, I'm working on it at the moment, will be out after the rest of innerspeaker and the previous Lonerism tunes. My covers come out in chronological order.
Can I ask you, have you been playing long? picking up the drums myself, already play guitar and bass and am wondering how quickly I could get to this standard with everyday practice, understanding that I practice guitar and bass too, and unfortunately, there are only so many hours... Loving the vids though man, shouldn't b long until you get the subs you deserve.
Great question, I'm in the same vein... multi-instrumentalist/singer-songwriter/producer/mixer/master, and I'd like to know as well how long you think it can take someone new to drums, who practices every day for 4 hrs at least or 45 hours a week, to become up to par with this cover? I'm buying the same drum setup as kevin.. Ludwig set and same symbols, and I already have all the hardware outboard gear and mics used for both albums (Lonerism/Innerspeaker)... so I'm pretty committed at this point. I know the general answers can be, "it's up to the player" or something along the lines of "drums take a lifetime to master"... but from your experience, from one musician to another, how long have you've been playing and how do you go about learning these songs, and practicing skill in general? Would really love to know. Great work, effortless and spot on approach, very great groove my man.
Amazing cover as always dude, thanks for bettering my Fridays. Have you heard Kevin's older work though? Flow, Forty One Mosquitos Flying In Formation, Latenight Moonlight, Skeleton Tiger, Slide Through My Fingers, The Sun, Wander, the drums on those tracks are unbelievable, would you agree? Why don't you try those?

My favourite probably, the construction of the song is amazing.
You're amazing, solid covers. I really got into Tame Impala recently, instantly subscribed.
spot on cover! You have to do "Nothing that has happened do far had been anything we could control" next, one of the best tracks in lonerism IMO.
Jak Kutlukov thanks mate, yeah I will eventually. I'll be releasing all 3 albums as covers.
