Great video! I have some questions hopefully you can help me. How should the oil from the gearbox be changed and how do I refill it? How do I know it has enough when I refill?
There is a drain plug on the side of the gear box body. You can lay the pump on it’s side and drain through there into a drip pan. After assembling the gearbox to the engine fill through the top and when the gear oil exits the side plug you have enough in there.
I just changed out the diaphragm today, normally i have someone else do it for me, but since he is no longer here i has to do it myself. After took in and out twice it's still not working. It has no pressure. My question is the diaphragm with word and number, are you sure that suppose to face toward to you or it's backward? When i took off my diaphragm was face without the word and number outside. I wonder if this causing to not have pressure.
Hi, both the blue and clear diaphragms have writing on both sides. One side says “Oil” and that would be what you put up against the pump. The diaphragms generally don’t affect the pressure though unless they are completely ruptured to the point of no return. I hava a question. My pump is leaking chemical(the liquid I'm using to sprar my lawn) by the oil reservoir glass. Just doing that in the video it will be fixing the problem. In advance thank you.

Can I use a predator 212cc engine with this pump and will I need some sort of connector to connect them?
Yes, as long as the shaft is 3/4" keyed. The pump comes with the gearbox, so nothing else should be needed.
