Caves of Drach Day Trip - Porto Cristo, Mallorca

This was our second cave visit of the day, the first being a trip to Hams caves which was nearby. The Caves of Drach were the much busier of the two and they were certainly larger. After a 20 minute decent you find yourself in front of an underground lake, named Lake Martel, with seating area and enough space for a couple of hundred people. What follows next is quite magical. You are then presented with a live concert of classical music performed on rowing boats which sounds amazing in those surroundings. Unfortunately filming is not allowed during the performance so you will need to visit yourself for the full experience.
The Caves of Drach are well worth a visit when in the vicinity of Porto Cristo, Mallorca.
