There’s a theory that a spirit can’t hurt you as long as you only ask it silly stuff, but as soon as you ask about the spirit itself (is my house haunted, are you a spirit, are you evil ect) it kind of… gives it permission to harm you…

They should've asked the magic 8 ball HOW to survive...
I remember my cousin had an 8 ball when we were little and every time she asked if it was chucky it would say yes and everytime she would throw it in her closet and not play with it the rest of the day. But that bummed me out because I didn't have one and I wanted to play with it.
