Tiny on Tour E33 - Armstrong Beach, Yeppoon and Calliope Rest Stop

- The rain starts to kick in as we make our way South but we are still having a great time. While exploring Armstrong Beach we came across a small table with a few buckets of mangos, these were huge and there were eight in a bucket. I bought a bucket and only when I had one later, did I realise how sweet they were. They were so big that Donna-marie and I shared one for breakfast every morning and we were stuffed!
Next stop was Yeppon where I pickled some bits to make a repair to the van, but I will cover that in another video. It was wet the whole time we were there so we didn't get to do much, but stocked up for the next leg towards Brisbane.
We stay off grid for a couple of days and it was good to be away from the crowds again. I think I will need a solar panel on the car as we will be off grid for 2 weeks around Christmas and with this weather I will need to keep the fridge battery in the car topped up while we are not driving around.
Once again absolutely beautiful even on the wet day. At least you had a cool day before it gets hot again. 💛

What a great place , we just passed through Yeppoon. Calliope rest stop looks lovely, a great place to recharge before heading off ! Great to see you have both still got your sense of humour after 8 plus months in the van together 🤪😁
