Nice job Matthew, I have a question, I have a DJI Mini 2, shooting video at 4k 30fps, I'm getting a glimmer in my video in the trees and on some rock surfaces, any ideas on what would cause that?
Excellent video Mattheww. I’ve just found your channel after buying the Mini Pro 3. Would love to see some videos on production work and how you put those cinematic moves together with music etc. I’ve not done production before and would be super useful seeing how it’s done and where to get music etc. keep up the great work 👍
Good evening Matthew, I’ve watched lots of your great videos, can I ask a few questions please? I’ve just bought a DGI mini 2 and curious what aspect I should use 16.9 or 4.3 ? I’ve only access to and new Google chrome book and unsure if there are any video editing apps that will be useful and which video setting to use. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Regards Danny in Larne.
Hey Danny. I would recommend 4:3 as it’s a large image that you can then crop to 16:9 if wanted. For video settings, check out this video. ruclips.net/video/JWglL3NLGog/видео.html Hope that helps!
Awesome video Mattheww, I'm currently practicing how to fly my DJI Mini 2 while on my bicycle to get cinematic drone shots of my tours. Not easy but quite a worthy challenge. Your videos help alot. Thanks.
GREAT Do a video about which Flying mode is Best… I use Fly Mode 3 since its closer to a Game console controller movement with the AVATA. But i am curious if you have tried them all in production work.
Hi Matthew, can I ask for a recommendation for repair please? The drone lost signal and decided to land on the side of a cliff. This resulted in a broken rotor connection where the coper windings are and a crack on the main body at the rear where the battery is located.
These types of video are always helpful for us beginners. However, the way you produce them, the way you teach is the biggest reason I take so much from yours. Thanks again, 👏.
Excellent video as always expected I will like to ask you a question I want to buy a drone for like $200 with 4k and 3 or 2 axis stabilizer what type of drone do you advice? Thank you.
Great video with some useful tips. The only one I would not do is the top down rotate, since for some reason that introduces slight motion sickness in me. Not sure why. But maybe that's just me.
This is really helpful, coming from a photographer who bought a drone for photography (air 2s sells really cheap now the mini 3 is released). The video features on the drone are too good not to utilize.
Dji Mini 2 flyer here. I Just subscribed. Awesome work I love how you simplify your knowledge of drones and provide visuals to help us beginners understand!! Quick question, what resolution was the final edited video shot in?
If they are all from the same location and roughly the same time then you could grade them all together with a little tweaking for each scene. If the scenes have big changes in lighting you usually need to grade them separately. Hope that helps.
On the very first move pushing stick forward. I have to say that you completely ignore composition. Any professional videographer would not split the horizon in half vertically. Given that the sky was not a important part of that scene, the sky should only be taking up 1/3 of the scene. I understand that the point of this was the movement of the sticks, but if you are explaining how to film a scene, professionally, at least minimal thought should have gone into composition. Having said that, I think your explanations are outstanding and kudos for you to put the time into this. I am.
Okay, yeah, two things I care about you crazy magician. What or who is blurred out, did you see a creature from the deep?? Also how the hell are you changing the settings on your phone without touching the phone, tell me Gandalf?!
😂 It's a screen-recording playing back, had to put something on the screen so you didn't see my big face in the reflection. The blurred out spots though - I am leaving that a mystery.
I am interested to know why you selectively blurred out people (or just one complainer (bully)) on the beach. They were too far away to recognize them, and I assume that is public land.
Those are awesome tweaks to basic moves! I'm trying to think of these in a way I don't have to remember a list - like "Add a 3rd movement to whatever I'm doing" I have yet to use slo-mo- everything I shoot is very static and looks frozen in time :-( like this park I finally got to shoot on one of our recent non gale force wind and/or monsoon rainy days ruclips.net/video/fctW-9u2wLA/видео.html

I can totally see why that motion might cause that! Appreciate your kind feedback.

Thanks!
Excellent video, nice footage.

Awesome. Question, would you colour grade each scene separately or all of them together with the same grading settings?

Welcome along, I will add that video idea to my "to do" list - thanks for the suggestion!
@@TheDroneCreative thank you, just thinking the editing side is just as important than the drone moves.

Nice video bro...
Would you share where you buy your music (web site) and perhaps explain what’s the politics or rules about them (right)
Cheers
I am really struggling on how to edit the videos.
