That's because It's Classical Persian music from Iran. Also, these Iranians are in a city in Iran, not the desert and speak Farsi. Iran is not a desert and Persians aren't Arabic. Also, a lot of Arabic music is also distinct and beautiful, but unrelated to Classical Persian Music.

Dude , just be thankful they're allowed to show instruments in this clip because in Iranian media it's a huge no no . Those in turbans declare it haram ; plus whatever else they deem inappropriate.
smiling while playing a piece of beautiful music just looks cheap and showy to be honest, they're clearly concentrating on what they're playing and doing it well
Greetings from Taiwan, love the Persian culture

Our anthem was too written in the beautiful Persian language, and our western front is very similar to Iran and Afghanistan. Love from Pakistan 🇵🇰 ❤️
Finally, another person named Navid. I am from Iran and I live in the U.S., so I can rarely find anyone else named Navid.
