Interestingly, the تاء المربوطة is actually a variation of هاء but not really a letter; it only comes in isolated form and ending form (similar to the shape of هاء but with two dots above it). Also, if you describe ضاد as a deeper دال then you definitely could describe ظاء as a deeper ذال (both pronounced using the tip of the tongue touching the tip of the incisors [front teeth]). This video was relaxing, fun, and it was indeed informative.

I think it's a myth. I don't think this is true at all. No language cares about non-native speakers. The dotted letters introduced in the language more than a thousand years ago.
