Something I realized about chefs: we work long hours and have to do something to fill the time. In fact, we work so many long hours and have so much time on our hands that we invent technically difficult recipes and are even awarded for them from time to time. 😂 These days, it’s all a competition to see who can do the most, just because we have the most to do in the restaurant biz!
Yes but you're not supposed to be full. It's a food journey they're taking you on hence why it's usually more than 3 courses. And you're not supposed to eat more than what's given, hence the portion size. Its mathematically made to give you the right portion for the average human.😊
And like a sunny day bursting through the clouds, a once ignorant human being finally understands the truth about fine dining🤩 Doesn’t seem so evil anymore now does it😂
