What a sweet story, so glad you persevered in your search for the mom. This reminded me a time about 50 years ago when I volunteered to take a box of Siamese kittens that had been rescued from a burning apt in the same complex where I lived. An hour or so later, a fireman knocked on my door with an adult cat they had also found inside the apt and assumed it was mom. I took all of them to a vet to be checked out and the vet informed that I had the dad, not the mom. Mother must have escaped. So I hand-fed four newborn kittens for a night and a day until I could reunite them with their owner. About a month later, mom must have realized that her kittens had been at my place and she haunted my patio looking for them. I was finally able to coax her into my apt and contacted the owner, who declined to take her back. So I kept her and loved her, she was beautiful.

Nope, those guys who are so eager to feed these cats should take them home if they love them so much. these cats shouldn't be running around the streets homeless! animals don't have to be perfect to be adopted! I don't support such behavior, every animal deserves a second chance and a happy home!
Awesomeness!!! Everyone works so well together. Thank goodness for good souls like you all! Shame on any human for abandoning any beautiful creatures, cats or dogs. When there are caring people working in programs to foster and help adopt them.
Awwwwww im so glad some people care for animals i love animals
