Will your course be updated to go over iPhone 12-14 replacements as well?
The iPhone 14 just came out. No parts for those also nobody fixes those yet. The 13 Series the screens are just starting to come out. The 12 Series I fix and have a RUclips video on that one. The 12 and 12 Pro use the exact same screen. You can use the same screen on both those phones. The 12 Pro Max I havent recorded anything for it. I've showed stuff on my IG, but haven't made a video for it.

The best and easy way to remove the battery is apply alchohol after put the phone to heater panel ..LCD down ..after some time battery will remove easily without any pressure
Yes.
I use a hairdryer, i find it saver than a heatgun. I just heat it up and let the hot air get underneath the battery to where the glue is. That way you can also reuse the glue. Regards
