Thx. Nope, bulls only respawn every time they died with 0 sec delay so best keep them alive and just dodge until you kill all kleers. This map have 3k enemies and kleers may be finished in ~1,5h mark, but it's my guess so I'm not sure about time mark of last kleer yet.
