Animate Anime Lines - After Effects Tutorial

Hey everyone! I wanted to create a quick tutorial on how to create 'anime lines'. It's those intense lines you see on screen in a lot of anime movies. Pretty easy with just a few native After Effects tools and effects. Enjoy! :)
